Program Coordinator, Neighborhood Center- Erie PA (In Office)

UPMC Health Plan has an exciting opportunity for a Program Coordinator position for the Social Impact department.  This is a full time position working Monday through Friday daylight hours.  This position will be in office position at the UPMC Health Plan Neighborhood Center located at 803 East Avenue, 16503 in Erie, PA. 

The Program Coordinator will coordinate and manage the efficient operations of the projects/programs within the department.

Responsibilities:

• Complete progress reports.
• Develop and oversee cooperative relationships with other internal and external communities.
• Initiate/create/oversee quality control initiatives and training for program.
• Oversee administrative, clinical, and/or research functions for the program.
• Provides senior level input towards program, facilities, fiscal, staff/HR, and policy planning.

• Bachelors Degree in a human services field with 7 years of relevant experience (administrative, clinical, or research) required.
• OR Masters Degree in a human services field with 5 years of relevant experience (administrative, clinical, or research) required.

Additional Requirements:

• Strong Leadership and Organizational skills is a must.
