Program Coordinator - Hourly

Pay: $30.77/hour

Nature of Work:

The Program Director provides clinical, administrative, and financial oversight of the Therapeutic Foster Care (TFC) and 29i programs. Supervises     program staff and ensures compliance with agency, LDSS, OCFS, and Medicaid regulations. Oversees referrals, intake, placements, and service delivery to ensure high-quality, trauma-informed, and medically necessary services while maintaining program effectiveness and fiscal responsibility. 

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Special Education or related human services field, plus a minimum of two years direct service experience and one-year supervisory experience preferred.  
• Licensed Professional preferred. 
• Requires a valid drivers’ license that meets insurability guidelines to operate Agency-owned vehicles. 
• Must meet the requirements of the School Age Care, Day Care, and/or Mental Health Regulations regarding a State Central Register Clearance regarding history of abuse/maltreatment of children and Criminal History Review for criminal convictions.
