Job Summary:

CPSFL is seeking a full time Program Administrator. This role would provide executive, administrative, operational, and project coordination support primarily to the Chief Program Officer (CPO) and, as needed, to the Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer (EVP/COO). Serving as a key partner to the CPO, this position coordinates day-to-day administrative functions, executive communications, meetings, projects, reports, presentations, and strategic initiatives while facilitating collaboration across departments and ensuring timely follow-up on organizational priorities.

This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:   

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Human Services, or a related field preferred. 
  • Minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in program coordination, project management, leadership support, operations, or administrative management, preferably within a nonprofit, healthcare, behavioral health, or human services organization. 
  • Experience supporting executive leadership and coordinating multiple projects, meetings, and priorities simultaneously preferred.

  • ATTENTION TO DETAIL: Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in preparing reports, tracking projects, maintaining records, and managing documentation.
  • ADMINISTRATION: Strong administrative skills, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, coordinating travel and logistics, preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes, and tracking follow-up action items.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Compensation: $52,000 annually, Salary Commensurate with Experience.
