PrEP Engagement Manager

<div><p><br></p><p data-pasted="true"><strong>Job Summary</strong>: The PrEP Engagement Manager leads Mazzoni Center&rsquo;s comprehensive PrEP outreach, engagement, and retention initiatives to ensure equitable access to HIV prevention services and sustained patient participation in care. This role is responsible for implementing data-informed strategies that increase PrEP initiation, strengthen patient engagement, and improve long-term retention across the PrEP care continuum. The Manager builds structured engagement pathways from community touchpoints to clinical services, and ensures proactive follow-up for patients requiring quarterly monitoring, lab compliance, and medication adherence support.
