We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled Enhanced Support Professional to join an experienced team supporting a vibrant young woman who is working toward greater independence, meaningful relationships, and an active life in her community.

- Encourage participation in meaningful activities and relationships

What We’re Looking For

Ideal candidates will have:
- Experience supporting individuals with Autism, OCD, developmental disabilities, or mental health/behavioral needs
- At least 1 year of experience as a caregiver, TSS, PCA, DSP, or in a similar role
- Strong teaching, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Creativity, patience, flexibility, and reliability
- The ability to remain calm, positive, and solution-focused
- CESP or ACRE job coaching certification is a plus
Education & Certification
One of the following is preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
- NADD Competency-Based Certification in Dual Diagnosis IDD/MI
- Current RBT certification
Why This Job Is Different
You’ll be part of a team that believes support should be about building a life—not simply providing care. Your role will be to help someone develop skills, experience success, make connections, and participate in the community in ways that are meaningful to her.
If you’re looking for flexible, rewarding work where your behavioral and teaching skills can make a real difference, we’d love to hear from you.
