** This is a part-time position (20 hours). **
SUMMARY
Completes client intake screenings/assessments for access to Pillars Community Health (PCH) programs such as but not limited to mental health, substance use disorder, sexual assault and domestic violence services. Assists with providing administrative and operational support for Access and Referral team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Administrative Responsibilities (*responsibilities rotate amongst the existing team of Case Managers, and staff will assist on an as needed basis or as assigned)
QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in nursing, counseling, psychology, clinical social work, marriage and family therapy or related field preferred. At least six months experience in human services or equivalent combination of training and experience. Customer service experience required. Intermediate computer skills required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish) and be able to communicate well verbally and in writing in both languages.
DESIRED SKILLS
Seeking candidate with a positive, caring and compassionate attitude toward mental health and those with mental illness. Must also be able to problem solve and make quick decisions during intake calls.
SCHEDULE
Scheduling is based on needs of the department and includes some evening hours and may include Saturday hours, depending on need.
This position would have an on-site requirement to work Mondays/Thursdays from 2 pm – 6 pm; the remaining hours would be flexible and within the operational hours as listed below:
The Access & Referral operational hours for walk-ins are:
M, T, W: 8:30-5:30
Th: 8:30-7pm
F: 8:30-5
PAY & BENEFIT INFORMATION
$18.50 - $22.50 per hour*
