ABOUT US:

Ascend Behavioral Health and Sierra Meadows Behavioral Health are sister programs providing industry leading mental health and substance use treatment across California's Central Valley. Ascend serves adolescents through PHP and IOP programs, while Sierra Meadows provides adult outpatient and residential care — together covering the full spectrum of behavioral health treatment for the communities we serve across Fresno, Visalia, Bakersfield, and beyond.

We are mission-driven, clinical-first, and deeply committed to expanding access to care in our region. Our Business Development team is the bridge between our programs and the providers, schools, hospitals, and community organizations that trust us with their most vulnerable patients.
