Operation Home Case Manager
The Just One ProjectAbout Us
The Just One Project's mission is to increase access to food, resources, and supportive services to build a stronger, healthier, and more connected community. The Just One Project has a culture of attracting the most passionate and talented people to represent The Just One Project by reinforcing strong values, work-life balance, and diversity. We know that our company culture ultimately affects client experience. Every program is designed with our clients in mind; we are "client-centric."
Everything we do is guided by our core values: Respect, Integrity, Innovation, and Compassion, and by our Gold Standard of service. We believe every person we serve deserves to be treated with the same care, dignity, and respect as you'd want for your own family.
We're looking for someone who doesn't just agree with these values, but brings them into every client interaction, partnership, home visit, and conversation.
About the Role
As an Operation Home Case Manager, you'll work directly with individuals and families experiencing homelessness, chronic housing instability, and other barriers to stable housing. Your role goes beyond helping someone find a place to live - you'll walk alongside clients as they work toward maintaining housing, increasing stability, building independence, and creating a path toward long-term self-sufficiency.
You'll manage a caseload of approximately 20β25 clients, developing individualized plans based on each household's unique needs and goals. You'll connect clients with community resources, advocate for benefits and supportive services, help navigate housing searches, collaborate with landlords and community partners, and provide ongoing support once housing is secured.
This is a relationship-driven role for someone who can balance compassion with accountability. You'll celebrate progress with your clients while also helping them navigate setbacks, overcome barriers, develop practical life skills, and stay focused on the goals they've created for themselves.
Not every day will look the same. You may spend part of your day completing case notes and coordinating services, then head into the community for a home visit, connect with a landlord, collaborate with another provider, or help a client navigate an unexpected crisis.
If you're passionate about helping people build lasting stability and want to see the direct impact of your work throughout the Southern Nevada community, this may be the role for you.
