Open Placement Manager

Job Details: Job Location: 70th WFD - Shreveport, LA, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $48000.00 - $50000.00Salary/year, The Open Placement Manager oversees program operations, staff performance, and participant outcomes to ensure high-quality, participant-centered services that result in job placement, retention, and long-term career success. This role balances program leadership with direct service, builds employer and community partnerships, and ensures compliance with CARF standards and funding requirements while driving measurable impact across multiple programs or locations.
Qualifications: Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Counseling, Human Services, Rehabilitation, Education, or a related field, or equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities acquired through a combination of education, training, and progressively responsible professional experience in workforce development or human services.

Program management and/or supervisory experience and a minimum of five (5) years of work experience in a related field required.

Knowledge and/or experience working with persons with disabilities and/or disadvantages preferred.
