Facilitates annual surveys for all 7th–12th graders.


Handles pre-survey communication, administration support, and achieves ~80% or higher response rate.
Ensures strong student participation.


Processes coalition data and assessments.

Oversees monthly process-data surveys from county coalition representatives.
Prepares cost-benefit analysis reports based on survey data.
Coordinates spring and fall Implementation Process Assessments with 5–8 coalition members.
Supports annual Implementation Integrity and Consistency Assessments.


Plans, advertises, and conducts two annual community meetings.

Presents Implementation Integrity and Consistency findings and reports.
Facilitates goal setting with parents, teachers, community stakeholders, and policymakers.
Conducts social marketing campaigns to share findings and community goals.


Works with local agencies and policymakers to align policies, practices, and funding with prevention goals.

Attends monthly coalition/task force meetings.




Implements prevention activities established through the coalition or community goal-setting process.
Maintains active engagement with local coalitions to sustain and grow prevention initiatives.


QualificationsPrimary Attributes

Professional & Technical Knowledge:


Possesses the equivalent of formal training in the field, usually in the form of a major in education, criminal justice, psychology, counseling, social work, or other related fields as part of a Bachelor’s Degree program. Must know all aspects of the trade as it is performed in the organization, sufficient to effectively train or instruct others, and to serve as a resource for employees.


Continuing Education:


Maintains current knowledge of standards of care and practices, typically acquired through continuing education.


Licenses & Certifications:


A valid state-issued driver’s license is required.


Technical Skills:


Prepares basic correspondence and simple reports in Microsoft Word. Uses Microsoft Excel to create tables and simple displays of information. Creates basic presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint. Demonstrates necessary proficiency with all electronic clinical systems, including EHR and scheduling systems, in use at the Company.


General Development:


Displays more advanced organizational skills to organize projects or the work of others. Devises effective solutions to situations encountered based on the general goals and objectives of the function.  Able to effectively communicate opinions drawn from conclusions using inference and logic. Exercises tact and diplomacy in resolving mild conflicts or disagreements.


Work Environment:


Work is performed in a public, customer-facing, high-traffic environment. At times, work may involve working with disruptive or distressed individuals.
