- The MS Therapist (Unlicensed) at LIFESTREAM BEHAVIORAL CENTER is responsible for providing therapeutic support and interventions to clients under the supervision of a licensed therapist. This role involves working closely with individuals to address mental health issues, facilitate personal development, and promote overall well-being, while adhering to professional standards and ethical guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and establish appropriate treatment plans.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
- Collaborate with licensed therapists to develop and implement effective treatment strategies.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with organizational and legal standards.
- Participate in regular supervision meetings and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills.
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
- Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and available resources.
- Adhere to all organizational policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines in the delivery of therapeutic services.
QualificationsRequired Education:
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Required Experience:
- Experience in providing therapeutic services in a mental health setting.
- Familiarity with behavioral health treatment plans and interventions.
- Experience working with diverse populations and age groups.

Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong understanding of mental health disorders and therapeutic techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate and timely documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated with industry standards.
