About the Role:

The MHRS Clinical Supervisor plays a pivotal role in overseeing the delivery of high-quality mental health and rehabilitation services within the organization. This position is responsible for providing clinical guidance, support, and supervision to a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to ensure effective treatment outcomes. The Clinical Supervisor will develop and implement best practices, monitor compliance with regulatory standards, and foster a collaborative environment that promotes continuous professional development. By analyzing clinical data and client feedback, the supervisor will identify areas for improvement and drive initiatives that enhance service delivery. Ultimately, this role ensures that clients receive compassionate, evidence-based care that supports their recovery and well-being.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related mental health field.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent in the United States.
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in mental health services, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of mental health assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment modalities.
  • Familiarity with relevant state and federal regulations governing mental health services.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working within Mental Health Rehabilitation Services (MHRS) or similar community-based programs.
  • Certification in clinical supervision or advanced training in leadership and management.
  • Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and data reporting tools.
  • Experience in program development, quality improvement, and outcome measurement.
  • Bilingual abilities or experience working with diverse populations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct clinical supervision and mentorship to mental health staff, including case reviews and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and enforce clinical policies and procedures to maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate client care plans and ensure integrated service delivery.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance staff competencies and promote adherence to best practices.
  • Monitor clinical outcomes and quality indicators to identify trends and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Facilitate communication between staff, clients, and external stakeholders to support treatment goals.
  • Participate in program development, evaluation, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
