BEHAVORIAL HEALTH MANAGER - School Based Health Center Pickering Middle School

In this role you will:

 

  • Work with nursing and primary care leaders foster the integration of BH and primary care.
  • Work with team to ensure smooth operational workflow.
  • Participate in program development.
  • Participate in quality improvement activities.
  • Focus on participating in and developing programming focused on health behavior change in the context of chronic disease management.

 

The successful applicant will offer:

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in psychology, social work, or mental health counseling 
  • Independent clinical license to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (LISCW, LMHC, PsyD)
  • Previous training and experience working in an integrated primary care behavioral health team
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
