Providence Medical Group Northwest is seeking a Manager of Behavioral Health for Acute Psychiatry Services to provide dedicated leadership, operational coordination, and staffing support for hospital-based behavioral health clinicians supporting Inpatient Psychiatry and Psychiatric Consultation services at PRMCE. This role serves as a key liaison between PMG NW Behavioral Health, PRMCE operational leadership, and clinical medical leadership to support consistent workflows, clinician engagement, coverage planning, onboarding, productivity monitoring, and overall day-to-day operational stability.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field, or equivalent educ/experience
  • Upon hire: Washington Mental Health Counselor License, or
  • Upon hire: Washington Marriage and Family Therapist License, or
  • Upon hire: Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License 
  • 5 years clinical experience in area of clinical specialty
  • 3 years clinical supervisory, management or resource experience in the assigned technical or professional area or equivalent relevant experience

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position.  The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
