LICSW Therapist and Clinical Supervisor

About the Role:Mind Over Matters Therapeutic & Wellness Services, PLLC is looking for a passionate and experienced LICSW Therapist andClinical Supervisor to join our growing team in Lakeville, MA. This is a rewarding dual-role opportunity for a seasoned clinician ready to make a meaningful impact, both in the therapy room and in shaping the next generation of mental health professionals. This is a part-time W-2 position with a hybrid schedule of in-person and telehealth work.Responsibilities:• Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy services to a diverse client caseload• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, etc.)• Assess safety concerns, develop safety plans, and coordinate appropriate follow-up• Provide scheduled individual and/or group clinical supervision to pre-licensed (LSW/LCSW) clinicians and MSW interns• Review and co-sign supervisee documentation, maintain supervision logs, and complete hour verifications, evaluations, and school forms• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and practice standards• Collaborate with psychiatric providers and other team members to coordinate client care• Participate in case consultations, staff meetings, and ongoing professional developmentRequirements:• Master's degree in social work from a CSWE-accredited program• Active, unrestricted LICSW licensure in the state of Massachusetts (Rhode Island licensure a plus)• Minimum 2–3 years of post-licensure clinical experience in a therapeutic setting• Eligible to provide clinical supervision under Massachusetts Board of Social Work requirements• Prior clinical supervision or field instruction experience preferred• Proficiency in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed approaches• Strong diagnostic skills and experience with DSM-5 assessment and treatment planning• Comfortable using electronic health records and secure telehealth platforms• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills• Compassionate, collaborative, and committed to client-centered careSchedule & Compensation:Part-time, W-2. Pay is $55–$70 per hour based on experience. All work time is paid, including therapy sessions, documentation, supervision, and required forms.
