What You’ll Do:

We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Social Worker to join our team and play a critical role in supporting patients and families throughout their healthcare journey. This is more than just a job—it’s an opportunity to impact lives by providing emotional support, coordinating resources, and advocating for those in need.

  • Provide direct care, counseling, and crisis intervention to patients and their families across all age groups.
  • Support patients during discharge planning, ensuring a smooth transition of care and access to community resources.
  • Serve as a key member of a multidisciplinary care team, contributing to treatment planning and decision-making.
  • Coordinate referrals to appropriate internal and external support services.
  • Promote and participate in patient and staff educational programs.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
  • Licensure: Current Social Work license through the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage & Family Therapist Board.
  • Certifications: CPR certification (BLS - Basic Life Support).
  • Experience: At least 1 year of professional social work experience in a healthcare or related setting.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and make thoughtful, independent decisions in a fast-paced environment.
