Licensed Outpatient Therapist

Starting Salary: $60,000 - $67,000 Sign-On Bonus Available

What You'll Do

  • Conduct intake assessments and formulate clinical diagnoses
  • Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans
  • Provide high-quality therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and adults
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions based on client needs and diagnoses
  • Lead or develop therapy groups aligned with your interests and clinical expertise
  • Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with supervisors and interdisciplinary team members
  • Respond professionally and promptly to client and organizational needs
  • Maintain high standards of clinical judgment and ethical practice

Qualifications

Required

  • Master's degree in:

    • Social Work
    • Mental Health Counseling
    • Marriage and Family Therapy
    • Clinical Psychology
    • Related behavioral health field

  • Active Tennessee licensure as:

    • LCSW
    • LPC-MHSP
    • LMFT
  • Strong assessment, diagnostic, treatment planning, and documentation skills

Preferred

  • Experience providing therapy across the lifespan
  • Experience facilitating or developing therapy groups
  • Interest in specialty populations or treatment modalities
  • Commitment to evidence-based clinical practice

Starting Salary: $60,000 - $67,000
