At SoLuna Mental Wellness, we built something different: a sustainable, in-person group practice that’s a real alternative to the remote-only model that leaves so many associates burned out and unseen. Here, culture is the foundation. Associates who contract with SoLuna find a professional home. We’re a collaborative group practice offering psychiatry, psychological assessments, and therapy for individuals, couples, families, and groups. Our network includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and licensed professionals across disciplines, all working together to serve Cypress, Jersey Village, and The Woodlands with care that actually heals.
We’re partnering with talented, motivated types who want to quickly build a full caseload and grow toward full licensure, without having to build a practice from scratch, and to be paid competitively along the way. And get to practice with some of the coolest therapists in town.
What SoLuna Provides
- Competitive per-session rates, paid for completed sessions (rates covered at your Teams interview)
- Access to in-house LPC-S supervision toward full licensure, at no cost to you. You’re also welcome to bring your own Council-approved supervisor.

Scope of Services
You’ll provide assessment, treatment planning, and individual and group therapy for clients referred through SoLuna. You’ll exercise your own clinical judgment within your scope of licensure and under your supervisor’s oversight. Services include support through grief, crisis, and life transitions. You’ll collaborate with SoLuna’s interdisciplinary providers as clinically appropriate. You’ll keep documentation in SoLuna’s EHR in line with Texas licensing, HIPAA, and payer standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in counseling or a related field
- Current provisionally licensed in good standing
- A Council-approved supervisor, either your own or SoLuna’s in-house supervision (currently limited to LPC-A)
- Strong diagnostic, clinical, and crisis intervention skills
- Your own professional liability insurance, or the willingness to get it (we can help with how to do this)
- Experience with EHR systems helpful
- EMDR, somatic, eating disorders, or addiction training is a plus
- Evening and weekend availability is welcome but never required
