Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities | Concord, Missouri

Be part of a national movement to break down barriers, challenge stigma, and bring greater creativity and humanity to mental health care.
At Ellie Mental Health – Concord, we’re looking for compassionate, collaborative therapists who want to provide excellent care while helping us build the next generation of mental health services for individuals, couples, families, and groups throughout the St. Louis community.

We are especially interested in clinicians who have experience—or a strong interest—in:

  • Couples therapy
  • Family therapy and family systems
  • Parent-child and caregiver relationships
  • Group therapy
  • Psychoeducational and skills-based programs
  • Children, teens, and young adults
As our clinic grows, we are expanding beyond individual therapy to create stronger services for families and couples, as well as group programs focused on areas such as anxiety, ADHD, parenting, grief, emotional regulation, teen resilience, relationships, and family communication.

If you’re excited by the opportunity to provide therapy, collaborate with a supportive team, and potentially help develop groups or specialized programs, we’d love to meet you.

Who We Are

Ellie Mental Health was founded by clinicians with a mission to compassionately transform the culture of mental health care.
The mental health system is full of barriers—for clients and clinicians alike. Ellie was created to remove as many of those barriers as possible and make quality mental health care more accessible, creative, and human.
Ellie Mental Health – Concord is locally owned and operated. We are proud to serve children, teens, adults, couples, and families through both in-person and telehealth services.

Our culture is grounded in:

Compensation:

We believe in transparency and predictability when it comes to our clinician’s pay!

Say goodbye to the days of waiting for insurance claims to process, not knowing how much your next paycheck will be, and taking the hit on unpaid services.

We offer a guaranteed hourly rate per session, paid in the next payroll period. Compensation varies based on licensure status and years of experience.

But wait! We value your non-billable time too! That’s why our clinicians have an allotted number of administrative hours to compensate you for the time you spend outside of session.

Pay range - $68,000 to $96,000/yea
