Starting Pay: $51,000.00 + Full Benefits | Full-Time | Faith-Based Nonprofit

We’re looking for a passionate Licensed Mental Health Professional to join our team. You must be willing to travel and work in rural communities surround Woodward and Ellis county.  

 

Your Impact: What You’ll Do


  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy services.
  • Complete bio-psycho-social assessments and develop diagnostic summaries.
  • Create, monitor, and update treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and the care team.
  • Advocate for clients to ensure their needs are met and progress is supported.
  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation, including progress notes and discharge summaries (within 7 days).
  • Monitor client mental status and communicate updates to the treatment team.
  • Collaborate with internal staff and external partners (e.g., Human Services, CASA, courts) and provide progress reports as needed.
  • Participate in team meetings, agency meetings, and client-specific case reviews.
  • Communicate regularly with the Clinical Director to address client and program needs.
  • Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Travel regionally at least 75% of the time and statewide as needed to provide services.

  • Familiar with or willing to learn all Circle of Care programs and services.
  • Mission-driven and committed to serving children and families.
  • Physically able to navigate stairs and lift, push and pull up to 35 pounds.



What You Bring

Required:

  • Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field.
  • Licensed (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) 
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Ability to pass required background checks, fingerprinting, DOT check, pre-employment physical, and drug screening (per DHS requirements).
  • Valid Oklahoma driver’s license with a good driving record.
