Shift: Full Time; 8:00 AM–4:30 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PMJoin our team as a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) with the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team! In this role, you’ll provide mental health assessments, interventions, and consultation for individuals with psychiatric disorders while developing and coordinating individualized treatment plans. You’ll collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary ACT team to coordinate care, support client safety, provide crisis evaluations as needed, and help individuals achieve their treatment goals in the community.This community-based position will provide coverage throughout Scott, Jackson, Cedar, Clinton, and Muscatine counties.

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Nursing, Psychiatric Rehabilitation, or a related mental health field.
License(s)/Certification(s):
• Current Iowa licensure in good standing as an LISW, LMHC, LMFT, LMSW, or LPC. • Illinois licensure preferred.
Experience:
• Minimum of two years of experience in a mental health setting.
