Join Our Team at Ellie Mental Health!

Are you a passionate, compassionate, and dedicated mental health professional looking for a supportive and collaborative work environment? Ellie Mental Health in Ridgeland, MS, is growing, and we are looking for licensed mental health clinicians to join our team!

At Ellie, we believe therapy should be accessible, authentic, and individualized. We are committed to breaking down barriers to mental health care while creating a workplace where clinicians feel valued, supported, and empowered to do their best work.

We recognize that great therapy doesn't follow a one-size-fits-all approach, and neither should the environment in which therapists work.

Position Overview

We are seeking licensed mental health clinicians to provide high-quality outpatient therapy services to individuals, couples, and families. Ideal candidates are compassionate, clinically skilled, collaborative, and committed to providing ethical, evidence-based, client-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy based on clinical expertise and client needs.

  • Complete comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and maintain timely clinical documentation.

  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches appropriate to each client's presenting concerns.

  • Establish strong therapeutic relationships and create a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive environment.

  • Collaborate with fellow clinicians, leadership, and community providers to ensure continuity of care.

  • Maintain professional, ethical, and clinical standards in accordance with licensing requirements.

  • Participate in team meetings, clinical consultation, and professional development opportunities.

  • Manage an outpatient caseload while maintaining quality client care.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health field.

  • Current, active Mississippi clinical license (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT).

  • Experience providing outpatient mental health services preferred.

  • Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Commitment to ethical practice, cultural responsiveness, and professional growth.

  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment.

Why Join Ellie Mental Health?

At Ellie, we understand that supporting our clinicians is essential to providing exceptional client care.

We strive to offer:

  • A positive, collaborative, and supportive team culture.

  • Approachable clinical leadership that values communication and professional growth.

  • Opportunities for clinical consultation and ongoing development.

  • Administrative support that allows clinicians to focus on client care.

  • A welcoming, comfortable, and modern office environment.

  • Opportunities to build meaningful relationships within the community.

  • A workplace that values individuality, authenticity, and work-life balance.

Our Philosophy

We believe that clinicians thrive when they feel respected, supported, and encouraged to bring their authentic selves to work. Our goal is to build a team of professionals who are passionate about helping others while also supporting one another.

If you are looking for more than just a place to see clients—and want to be part of a team that values connection, collaboration, and meaningful clinical work—we would love to meet you!
