Your Skills Can Change a Life. Your Work Can Change a Community.

Make a Difference as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)

Are you a social worker who wants your work to matter?

At Catholic Charities of Saratoga, Warren, and Washington Counties, you’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships, empower individuals and families, and help people navigate some of life’s most challenging moments.

We’re looking for a compassionate, dedicated LMSW who is ready to use their skills to make a real difference—one client, one family, and one community at a time.

Why Catholic Charities?

Because here, you’re more than an employee—you’re part of a mission.

At Catholic Charities, we believe meaningful work starts with meaningful relationships. You’ll join a team committed to helping people overcome barriers, discover their strengths, and move toward healthier, more fulfilling lives.

And when you apply, you’re not just another résumé in a stack. Every application is personally reviewed by a member of our HR team or a trained hiring manager because we believe every candidate deserves to be seen.

What You'll Do

As an LMSW, you’ll have a direct impact on the lives of the people we serve. You will:

  • Help clients move forward by identifying barriers that affect their well-being and ability to function at their best.
  • Be a voice for your clients, advocating for their needs, promoting autonomy, and supporting their right to make their own decisions.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders.
  • Provide individual and/or family counseling to identified agency clients.
  • Conduct assessments, make appropriate referrals, and respond to requests for emergency assistance when needed.
  • Develop treatment plans and complete progress notes, insurance forms, and other required documentation accurately and on time.
  • Collaborate with and regularly consult your clinical supervisor regarding client needs and caseload activity.

Make Your Work Count!

  • Every conversation can be a turning point.
  • Every connection can build hope.
  • Every client you support is an opportunity to make a lasting difference.

If you’re looking for a role where you can use your education, clinical skills, and compassion to create meaningful change, we want to hear from you.
