What You'll Do
As an LMSW, you’ll have a direct impact on the lives of the people we serve. You will:
- Help clients move forward by identifying barriers that affect their well-being and ability to function at their best.
- Be a voice for your clients, advocating for their needs, promoting autonomy, and supporting their right to make their own decisions.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders.
- Provide individual and/or family counseling to identified agency clients.
- Conduct assessments, make appropriate referrals, and respond to requests for emergency assistance when needed.
- Develop treatment plans and complete progress notes, insurance forms, and other required documentation accurately and on time.
- Collaborate with and regularly consult your clinical supervisor regarding client needs and caseload activity.

Compensation
$37.00–$38.00 per hour
Schedule
Per Diem — up to 19 hours per week

What You Bring
Required:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work or a related field
- LMSW certification
- At least 1 year of relevant experience — we will train you!
- Valid driver’s license
- Current vehicle insurance and registration
- Access to a reliable, working vehicle
