At Southeastern Integrated Care (SEIC), our mission is “to improve the lives we serve with comprehensive integrated health services, not bound by convention.” We are seeking a PT Licensed Clinician (LCSW-A or LCMHC-A) in New Bern, NC, to drive the direction of care for the individuals we serve.

This is a part-time (PT) position with flexible hours.


Your impact on the team’s mission

The licensed clinician on the Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT) diagnoses and treats mental health conditions using a variety of techniques and approaches to achieve goals. Our clinicians work as part of a collaborative care team to provide comprehensive care with a goal of improving not only mental health but overall well-being with our integrated care model. This is a community-based position providing services in homes, offices, or community locations.

Some of the daily activities you would do as the Clinician are:

  • Conducting assessments (CCAs) and evaluations.
  • Daily documentation-attention to detail is a must!
  • Participating in the 24/7 crisis management rotation.
  • Taking the lead in linking clients to other supporting services.
  • Sensitivity to the needs of individuals with MH/SA/IDD concerns is necessary.


Position details, compensation, and benefits!

This position has flexible hours Monday – Friday, day shift (1st) with afternoon and early evening flexibility as needed for team and client needs up to 20 hours a week. To care for our part-time team members we offer select benefits for eligible positions.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities you will bring.

  • Master’s degree and current NC mental health licensure
    • LCSW (A) or LCMHC (A)
    • Dual licensure preferred (LCAS, A)
  • A current driver's license, valid insurance, and reliable transportation for work travel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills needed!
