As a Licensed Clinical Supervisor, you will provide clinical leadership and operational oversight within one of several available programs serving adolescents, youth, adults, and individuals experiencing co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. You will supervise and develop team members, facilitate treatment planning, monitor quality and compliance, support crisis response, coordinate care, and provide direct clinical services based on program needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead clinical services within an assigned behavioral health or substance use disorder program while promoting high-quality, person-centered, and recovery-oriented care
• Mentor clinicians and program staff through clinical supervision, coaching, consultation, performance feedback, and professional development
• Guide treatment planning, case consultation, diagnostic review, and clinical decision-making to support individualized care and positive outcomes
• Provide direct clinical services, including assessments, intakes, individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy, based on program needs
• Facilitate clinical staffing meetings, treatment reviews, diagnostic discussions, and interdisciplinary case consultations
• Collaborate with clients, families, healthcare providers, schools, referral sources, community organizations, and other partners to coordinate comprehensive care
• Monitor service delivery, clinical appropriateness, caseloads, treatment progress, staffing coverage, and program performance
• Review treatment plans, progress notes, clinical records, and other documentation for quality, accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance
• Conduct chart reviews, quality assurance activities, and performance monitoring while addressing opportunities for improvement
• Respond to crises and complex clinical situations by providing timely direction, risk assessment support, intervention guidance, and incident follow-up
• Coordinate program schedules, staffing resources, workflows, and coverage to promote consistent and uninterrupted service delivery
• Evaluate program outcomes and implement quality improvement strategies that strengthen client care, team effectiveness, and operational performance
• Support responsible program operations, service utilization, resource management, and organizational initiatives in partnership with leadership
• Promote a positive culture centered on accountability, collaboration, professional growth, clinical excellence, and respect
• Represent the organization professionally while developing productive relationships with referral sources, stakeholders, and community partners

Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:

• Possess a master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Psychiatric Nursing, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related behavioral health field
• Hold active Missouri licensure, or meet applicable eligibility requirements, as a PLPC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, PLMFT, LMFT, Provisional Psychologist, or Licensed Psychologist
• Meet the applicable criteria for a Qualified Mental Health Professional under Missouri requirements
• Bring at least three years of professional experience in behavioral health and/or substance use disorder treatment, including at least one year of supervisory or clinical leadership experience
• Demonstrate experience with clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, crisis intervention, evidence-based practices, and multidisciplinary care
• Apply strong knowledge of clinical documentation, regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, quality assurance, and continuous improvement
• Provide experience serving adolescents, youth, adults, families, or individuals experiencing co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders based on assigned program needs
• Offer Qualified Addiction Professional certification through the Missouri Credentialing Board or an applicable professional board preferred for certain recovery-focused programs

Additional Qualifications:

• Maintain a current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance
• Demonstrate effective clinical supervision, coaching, team development, and performance feedback skills
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, families, team members, leadership, and community partners
• Build collaborative relationships across multidisciplinary teams, referral networks, and community systems
• Exercise sound clinical judgment, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making in complex situations
• Manage multiple clinical and operational priorities while maintaining organization, accuracy, and follow-through
• Promote evidence-based, trauma-informed, family-centered, person-centered, and recovery-oriented practices
• Maintain all professional licenses, certifications, and credentials required for the assigned role and program
