Responsibilities

The Lead Social Worker is responsible for providing leadership to the Maternal Child Health (MCH) social work program. Responsibilities include coordinating the daily huddle and patient assignments, Social Work MCH CEU programs, on-call weekend/holiday MCH social work coverage schedule and providing field instruction and clinical supervision.
The position also provides clinical services including the discharge planning and counseling to MCH patients of all ages through development and implementation of an individual plan of care which includes assessment and resource linkage based on needs of patient and family.


Requirements

  • Must possess a degree in Social Work
  • MSW with 2 years post graduate experience in health care setting
  • Minimum of LMSW or LCSW. LCSW-C preferred

USD $29.45/Hr.

Max

USD $48.59/Hr.

Salary Information

Compensation decisions are made in alignment with internal equity, role scope, and market data to ensure fair and consistent pay practices. Most new hires are typically placed within the lower to mid-portion of the range; offers above that level are reserved for candidates with advanced or highly specialized qualifications.
