Position Overview

Huckeye Health Staffing is seeking a qualified, compassionate, and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide behavioral health and clinical social work services at the 4th Medical Group (4th MDG), Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, North Carolina.

The ideal candidate will provide clinical assessments, counseling, treatment planning, and case management services while collaborating with physicians, behavioral health professionals, and other members of the healthcare team to support patient well-being and continuity of care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical social work assessments and psychosocial evaluations.

• Provide individual, family, and group counseling as appropriate.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

• Provide case management and coordinate patient care.

• Collaborate with physicians, behavioral health professionals, and other healthcare team members.

• Identify patient needs and recommend appropriate clinical interventions and support resources.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license required.

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.

• Relevant clinical social work or behavioral health experience.

• Strong clinical assessment, counseling, and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.

• Ability to meet applicable credentialing and background requirements for a U.S. military treatment facility.
