We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director to lead our KuemperCares initiatives, oversee program development, and foster community engagement. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and oversee community outreach programs aligned with KuemperCares’ mission and strategic goals.

- Lead a team of program managers and staff, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and funding agencies.

- Monitor program effectiveness through data analysis and feedback, ensuring continuous improvement.

- Manage budgets, grants, and resources efficiently to maximize program impact.

- Advocate for community needs and represent KuemperCares at public events, meetings, and conferences.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in social work, public administration, nonprofit management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

- Proven experience in program management, community outreach, or nonprofit leadership.

- Strong leadership and team-building skills.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and public speaking abilities.

- Ability to develop strategic plans and execute them effectively.

- Budget management and grant writing experience.

- Knowledge of community resources, social services, and nonprofit sector best practices.
