We are seeking a dedicated Intervention Specialist to join our team in Toledo, OH. This is a full-time position supporting students with special education needs. The Intervention Specialist will provide individualized instruction, implement IEPs, monitor student progress, and collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to support student success.

The Intervention Specialist will provide individualized instruction, implement IEPs, monitor student progress, and collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to support student success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Provide direct instruction and specialized interventions based on student needs.
- Support students with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional goals.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate student documentation.
- Participate in IEP meetings and communicate effectively with families and school staff.
Qualifications:
- Valid Ohio Intervention Specialist License required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
- Previous experience working with students with disabilities preferred.
- Strong knowledge of special education practices and IEP requirements.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
