We’re hiring full-time Intensive Youth Services Team Lead to work at our 1591 Taos Rd Location.

                                               

What You’ll Be Doing

 

The Intensive Youth Services Team Lead is a hybrid position which involves both direct clinical care and supervisory tasks and responsibilities. As a part of the Youth and Family Continuum of Care leadership team, this position will be involved in supervising and developing staff and collaborating with the program directors to ensure efficient, effective treatment services and operations. The Intensive Youth Services team lead will also represent Health Solutions among our community partners and ensure we’re working effectively in these partnerships for the benefit of Health Solutions’ clients.

 

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES: As an Intensive Youth Services Team Lead under the supervision of the Director you will:

 


Clinical work, to include:



Providing group services to school aged youth;
Providing case management and outreach services;
Keeping accurate, complete and up-to-date records with 100% compliance with Center standards;
Maintaining assigned productivity standards for billable services monthly;
Maintaining competency and proficiency with the electronic health record;
Working with community agencies; and
Maintaining competency and proficiency with the electronic health record (EHR);
Performing other job related responsibilities as assigned by the program directors.



Supervisory work, to include:


Clinical guidance and administrative supervision of identified staff in accordance with Center policies and procedures;
Developing and maintaining a professional working relationship with other community agencies as required for patient care;
Managing and supervising documentation to ensure accurate and complete records, including auditing for clinical content and accurate coding of billed services;
Reviewing supervision and consultation for clinical efficacy;
Maintaining and supporting compliance with Center and other required standards;
Maintaining and managing productivity standards for assigned staff;
Maintaining competency and proficiency for the team with the electronic health record (EHR), and providing up to date information on EHR changes to assigned staff , in addition to administrative meetings about company changes in policy and procedures;
Providing formal administrative and clinical supervision including new hire progress reviews, quarterly performance evaluations, and periodic feedback and review of staff under the supervision of this position in accordance with Center policy and procedures;
Providing administrative/supervisory coverage in the absence of other supervisors as assigned;
Performing other job related duties as assigned by the Adult Outpatient Director.

Requires standing, sitting, and walking for prolonged periods of time

QualificationsWhat we’re looking For—The Must-Haves

 


Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS) in psychology, social work, or closely related field
Experience working with youth and families impacted by trauma and mental illness with various behavioral health diagnoses including substance use disorders
Experience in leading groups
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Exceptional flexibility, time management and documentation skills
A valid Colorado driver’s license
