Intake Coordinator conducts initial assessments of patients to determine mental health needs and establish care requirements.

  • Clinic Hours are Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM (Actual hours may vary depending on business need)

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Nursing or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years outpatient behavioral health experience 
  • Extensive knowledge of Las Vegas community behavioral health providers (hospitals, social service agencies, SSA, DWSS, court programs and other mental health treatment organizations)
  • Must possess the following skills: Above Average Verbal, Written, Analytical, Medical Terminology, MS Word, MS Excel, Zoom, WebEx and EMR (Epic preferred)
  • LSW, LCSW, RN, MFT, CPC license preferred

Physical requirements

  • May include standing, sitting, and/or walking for extended periods
  • May include performing repetitive tasks
  • May include working on a special schedule (i.e. evenings and weekends with clients)
  • May include working with challenging patients and clients
  • May include lifting up to 25 pounds
