Independent Practitioner - Outpatient Therapist

We are seeking a compassionate, caring, and dedicated Independent Practitioner/Outpatient Therapist to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary outpatient therapy and and medication assisted treatment team designed to provide therapeutic support to adults and youths in Kinston, NC.

Your Role in Our Mission

As a an Independent Practitioner/Outpatient Therapist the functions are primarily to provide screening, evaluation, diagnostic assessments and develop with the client a treatment goal and person-centered plans, for treatment, after-care, and referral services to adults/children in need of outpatient treatment. The employee will work closely with the physician, other clinical staff, and community agencies

What We’re Looking For

•  Education: A Master’s degree and mental health licensure are required. 
  • LCSW (A), LCMHC (A), LPC / Associate level license also considered
    • Dual licensure preferred LCAS (A)
•  Proficiency with EHR systems or technically savvy. 
•  Valid driver’s license, insurance and reliable transportation for work-related travel
