The Manager of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) oversees the day-to-day operations of assigned IDD programs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered services. This position provides leadership, supervision, and operational support to program staff while promoting compliance with agency policies, funder requirements, and applicable regulatory standards. The Manager works collaboratively with agency leadership, staff, and community partners to support quality service delivery, foster employee development, and promote positive outcomes for the individuals served. |
