Charlotte Behavioral Health Care (CBHC) is seeking a compassionate and motivated Healthy Start Program Supervisor to lead our Healthy Start/Connect team serving pregnant women, infants, and families throughout Charlotte County. 

What You'll Do


Supervise, coach, and support staff in providing high-quality home visiting and care coordination services. 
Ensure compliance with Healthy Start standards and guidelines, Department of Health requirements, and agency policies. 
Monitor documentation, service delivery, productivity, and program outcomes. 
Review charts and documentation for quality and regulatory compliance. 
Provide training, mentoring, and performance feedback to staff. 
Coordinate services for families experiencing medical, behavioral, social, or environmental risk factors. 
Collaborate with physicians, hospitals, the Department of Health, Healthy Start Coalition, Early Steps, WIC, community agencies, and other partners.
Participate in community coalitions, outreach activities, and collaborative meetings. 
Assist with program reporting, quality improvement initiatives, and contract performance monitoring.

Qualifications
Two years of college (social science, social work, or health-related field) and three years of public health/maternal-child health experience required.
Bachelor's degree in social sciences, health-related field (nursing, health education, health planning, or health care administration), or social work preferred.
Thorough knowledge of maternal child health and well-being plus child abuse and neglect prevention. 
Knowledge of local social services resources (or ability to quickly build it).
Valid Florida driver's license, safe driving record, and reliable transportation. 
Ability to pass Level II Background Screening and drug test.
