Salary: $61,574 - $84,929 annually. Compensation will be commensurate upon experience and qualifications.This position is Exempt from the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) overtime provisions.

Summary
The Lyda Hill Institute for Human Resilience is seeking a full-time employee to support the development, implementation, and sustainable operations of its Healing Division, which includes the existing Veterans Health and Trauma Clinic (VHTC) and Milestones Resilience Care (MRC) center. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, detail-oriented, and self-directed with excellent communication
skills. This role is crucial in supporting our mission to provide high-quality, integrated behavioral health services to our patients and community.
Essential Functions
The duties and responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
Provide overall direction for the design, development and implementation of sustainable clinical operations of the Healing Division, which include Strategic Plan/Goals development and budgeting.
Developing strategic business analyses to improve revenue streams.
Monitor and analyze clinic performance metrics, including productivity measures, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions.
Align operational goals with clinical objectives.
Supervise clinic staff and contractors to ensure clinic efficiencies and quality of care.
Oversee and provide consultation for VHTC & MRC Contracted Providers.
Oversee the client intake process, including scheduling initial appointments and assigning clients to appropriate providers based on clinical needs, availability, and area of expertise.
Oversee, document and update space utilization in-clinics.
Update and track clinic policies and procedures.
Design, implement, and continuously work to improve workflows for client intake, assessment, care planning, and follow-up.
Identify and resolve barriers in service delivery.
Implement and manage care quality improvement initiatives.
Be present in clinic during hours of operation.
Develop and maintain efficient scheduling systems for behavioral health providers and support staff to optimize provider schedules, maximize patient access and minimize intake wait times.
Electronic Health Record (EHR): audit clinical note codes, times and timeliness, monitor records requests and Request for Services.
Ensure Billing Specialist monitors client copayments and payment collections.
Prepare, submit, and maintain enrollment, credentialing and recredentialing.
Maintain a small clinical case load.
Work with marketing coordinator.

- A master’s degree in healthcare administration, psychology, social work or related field is required.
- Must have experience in healthcare operations, preferably in behavioral health setting and currently licensed or license eligible as a mental health provider (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PhD, PysD).
- Strong understanding of behavioral health operations and FQHC regulations.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis, quality improvement methodologies, and project management.
- Must have experience with electronic health records and healthcare technology systems.
- Experience in healthcare compliance and privacy regulations is required. (e.g., HIPAA).
