<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p data-pasted="true">Counseling facilitators for Arizona Behavioral Counseling are responsible for conducting screenings, individual and/or group counseling sessions, and education classes, for clients enrolled in programs offered by Arizona Behavioral Counseling. Counseling facilitators for treatment programs are required to complete intake sessions, write individual treatment plans, document all client contact, monitor, and evaluate client progress and write progress reports and discharge summaries. Counseling facilitators will conduct these responsibilities under the direction of the quality assurance team,&nbsp; a clinical supervisor, and the Director.</p><p><strong>Qualifications.&nbsp;</strong></p><p>A Counseling facilitator:</p><p>1.
