Job Details: Job Location: Pawhuska - PAWHUSKA, OK, Position Type: Regular Full-Time, Education Level: 4 Year Degree, Salary Range: Undisclosed, The Grant Coordinator will be responsible for the implementation and integration of the 988 grant requirements. They will handle the day-to-day operations, planning and implementing, grant projects and events. Monitoring timelines, facilitating communications among crisis response partners, cultural and craft consultants. Organizing development activities and assisting with quality improvements.

Qualifications: Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, in management, healthcare management, or social work OR five (5) years of project management experience/administrative support in lieu of education.
At least two (2) years of experience with Mental Health, Substance Use Disorders, Co-Occurring Disorders, and Crisis Intervention
Intermediate proficiency with planning concepts and processes including but not limited to program planning.
Willing and able to travel to conferences and training sessions, and program events outside of the M-F 8-5 hours
General Qualifications
Requires ability to use Microsoft Office programs
Requires acceptance, understanding, and openness to those that are from a different culture, religion, sexual orientation and identity
Requires a high level of personal integrity, ethics and problem-solving skills
Requires familiarity with Osage, and other Native American Culture, languages, and history.
Must maintain a professional attitude and appearance that positively represents the Nation
CPR certified or obtain within 90 days of hire
HIPAA and Privacy Act trained
Requires good interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
Requires a high level of problem-solving skills
Must be flexible in nature and able to work as part of a team
Able to remain calm under pressure in stressful situations.
Ability to work with both children and adults
Must be able to always maintain strict confidentiality
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Must be able to pass drug/alcohol testing
Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record – may be required to drive GSA or Nation vehicles
