Ellie Mental Health – Clinton Township is seeking a fully licensed Michigan LPC who wants more than simply a place to see clients. We’re building a team where clinicians know one another, support one another, share ideas, laugh together, and genuinely enjoy coming to work.

  • Base hourly pay plus production-based commission

What You’ll Do

  • Provide individual therapy to teens and adults; experience with children, couples, or families is a plus
  • Complete diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and timely clinical documentation
  • Deliver compassionate, creative, and evidence-informed care
  • Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment
  • Maintain healthy professional boundaries and high standards of client care

What We’re Looking For

  • Master’s degree in social work
  • Active Michigan LPC license with full clinical licensure
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • Commitment to teamwork, collaboration, and supporting colleagues
  • Private-practice experience preferred
  • Comfort using Microsoft 365 and electronic health record systems; Valant experience is a plus
  • Leadership or clinical supervision experience is welcomed but not required
Full-Time Expectations

Full-time clinicians must maintain an average of 25 completed client sessions per week to remain eligible for full-time status and benefits. Clinicians should also expect to:

  • Provide in-office counseling at least four days per week
  • Offer some evening or Saturday availability
  • Participate in regular meetings with team and the Clinical Director
