Our PEDS Unit Therapist will work onsite with our clients, their families, and therapeutic team to support the clients’ stabilization and growth. This is a full-time, salaried position that works Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm. 

 

 

 

 

What you'll be doing: 


Perform initial assessments and intakes.
Perform treatment planning for crisis stabilization.
Conduct individual, group and/or family therapy to child and adolescent population up to eighteen years of age.
Document progress of client to goals as outlined in the Treatment plan in Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
Complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
Work closely with Treatment Team, guardians, and other stakeholders regarding client’s needs.
Participate and/or facilitate meetings as assigned.
Conduct follow-up with clients.
Maintain educational requirements regarding licensure, Department of Mental Health State Standards.
Complete other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Master's degree in social services with practicum; required
License (LPC, LICSW, LMFT); preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Prefer at least one year working with serious emotionally disturbed (SED) youth
Proficient computer experience
