Our locally owned Ellie Mental Health clinic in Clinton Township is hiring a full-time LPC or LMSW with experience treating gambling concerns and other addictions. You’ll have room to use your clinical judgment, build strong relationships with clients, and work alongside a team that supports one another.

What you’ll do
- Provide outpatient therapy for adults navigating gambling concerns, substance use, or other addictive behaviors
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Help clients build coping skills, address underlying concerns, and work toward lasting change
- Involve families or other supports in care when appropriate
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with the Clinic Director and fellow clinicians to support quality care
What you’ll bring
- A master’s degree in a behavioral health field
- An active, full Michigan LPC or LMSW license
- Experience treating gambling concerns and addiction
- Skill in assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-informed therapy
- A compassionate, nonjudgmental approach and strong communication skills
- Familiarity with electronic health records; Valant experience is a plus
Full-time clinicians are expected to average at least 25 recorded client sessions per week. Some evening or weekend availability is helpful for clients who need appointments outside standard work hours.
