We are seeking an Outpatient Mental Health Therapist at our Knights Road, Philadelphia, PA clinic.

 

Earn $29.49/hr.!

 

Position Details

The therapist serves as a key member of the treatment team within Merakey’s clinic-based behavioral health program. Core responsibilities include providing therapeutic services—individual, couple, and family therapy—conducting intake assessments, facilitating group therapy, and coordinating care in collaboration with the clinic director, psychiatrist, and clinical supervisor. The therapist is expected to actively engage clients, support ongoing participation in treatment, and deliver clinically appropriate interventions to individuals experiencing mild to severe mental health conditions.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a human service-related field, including social work, clinical counseling, and/or psychology, is required
  • A 1-year clinical internship is required.
  • The role requires hours of weekly availability to provide services to adults, children, and adolescents, including daytime and evening hours.
  • Candidates need to maintain a client caseload that supports billing 25 direct client contact hours per week.
