Full-Time Adult Outpatient Therapist

Location: High Focus Centers – Lansdale, PA

High Focus Centers is a leading provider of outpatient behavioral health services throughout southeastern Pennsylvania. Through our specialized programs, we provide compassionate, evidence-based treatment for adults experiencing mental health and co-occurring disorders.

We are seeking a Full-Time Adult Outpatient Therapist to join our clinical team in Lansdale. This position provides individual and group therapy to adults receiving outpatient mental health services in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

Schedule & Work Arrangement

• Full-Time
• Monday–Friday
• Three daytime shifts: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Two evening shifts: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Hybrid schedule: Work from home up to 2 days per week

Compensation

$53,000–$56,000 annually, based on education and experience.

Position Responsibilities

• Facilitate therapeutic groups for adults receiving outpatient mental health treatment.
• Provide individual therapy sessions as clinically appropriate.
• Complete comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress and update treatment interventions as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, case managers, and other members of the treatment team.
• Participate in treatment team meetings, case consultations, and care coordination.
• Perform additional clinical duties as needed to support program operations.

Qualifications

Required:

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
• Completion of a clinical internship or practicum.

Preferred:

• Experience providing outpatient therapy to adults with mental health concerns.
• Experience facilitating group therapy in an outpatient behavioral health setting.
• Experience working with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, and other behavioral health concerns.
• Pennsylvania licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) preferred but not required.
