The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Federal Market Solutions Client Advocate, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Driving success for Federal clients to realize Return on Investment with products and provide continual guidance to optimize products and services provided by Solventum.

  • Drive client success by managing the relationship within the Federal market to include but not limited to the Department of Defense, Veteran’s Health Administration, and the Indian Health Service. 

  • Creating and delivering a monthly executive dashboard and other deliverables to federal clients consistently.

  • Establishing relationships for Solventum HIS strategic-client partnerships with large-scale enterprise-wide healthcare systems as a single point of contact throughout the planning, sales, implementation and support cycles as the client's advocate and advisor.

  • Performs other related tasks on an ad hoc basis in support of Solventum Federal Market Solutions

  • Must be located in the United States and a US Citizen and be able to pass a Government background check for a position of Public Trust.

Your Skills and Expertise 
 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university OR High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution and a minimum of five (10) years of experience with clinical, medical coding or strategic client partnerships in lieu of the bachelor’s degree education requirement.

  • Detail-oriented with analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Experience analyzing and documenting processes

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Master’s degree in business or another related field.

  • Change Management experience, including ability to lead change effectively.

  • Minimum of ten (10) years of combined experience with strategic-client partnerships within large-scale enterprise-wide healthcare systems

  • Experience with Solventum Coding & Reimbursement or Solventum 360 Encompass Computer Assisted Coding and Professional Coding

  • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Project and MS Office skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint

  • Experience with and understanding of the federal government health care environment, to include the DoD and VA.

  • Ability to multi-task and handle large and sometimes complex workload under time constraints.

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $143,200 - $196,900, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
