Family Coach / DCS Liaison

While in treatment, clients and families will experience a holistic continuum of care. This continuum includes group and individual support, case management, real-time parenting coaching, and life skills development. The Family Coach / DCS Liaison will serve as a part of a holistic approach to addiction recovery by engaging the family in the client’s treatment process, as well as serving as a liaison with Indiana Department of Child Services (DCS). The family coach will work with a client and their family while they are in residential treatment and for 12-18+ months post discharge in the community to ensure long term support and continuity of care.

Applicants must have a minimum of Bachelor’s degree in a social science required, Bachelor of Social Work preferred. Two years of experience working with clients and families. Experience with local DCS policies and referral process preferred.
