Compensation We Offer   

  • The initial compensation for this position ranges from $83,071 - $102,167 per year, depending on experience, location, and internal equity considerations 

 

Possible Additional Compensation (may vary based on position eligibility) 

  • 8% License Differential for LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD. and select Peer Certifications 
  • Possible Bilingual Differentials: Up to 7.5% for qualifying direct service roles; up to $80.00/month flat fee for qualifying non-direct service roles.

About our Program: Wraparound is a Pacific Clinics program that provides wraparound services for children having behavioral issues that would otherwise need residential care or a higher level of care. A family-centered team approach to stabilize the child in the least restrictive environment is provided

 

Schedule: Varies but mostly M-F 9-5 with evenings

Job Summary

Facilitator II is responsible for leading group discussions, workshops, or training sessions to help individuals or teams achieve specific goals or outcomes. They may also be involved in conflict resolution, team building, and problem-solving activities. Facilitator II typically has more experience and expertise than a Facilitator I and may be responsible for designing and implementing facilitation strategies. They often work in a variety of settings, including corporate training, educational institutions, and community organizations.


Responsibilities

  • Demonstrates mastery of Facilitator I job description
  • Leads group discussions, trainings, workshops, and development sessions across diverse settings.
  • Designs, plans, and implements facilitation strategies to meet group or organizational goals.
  • Facilitates team-building exercises, conflict resolution, and collaborative problem-solving.
  • Assesses group dynamics and adapts approaches to ensure productive engagement.
  • Develops or customizes curriculum and session materials as needed.
  • Encourages active participation and supports individual and group learning.
  • Provides coaching, guidance, and constructive feedback to participants.
  • Tracks attendance, participation, and progress toward defined outcomes.
  • Evaluates session effectiveness and recommends improvements.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders, program leads, or leadership to align facilitation with organizational objectives.
  • Mentors or supports junior facilitators as needed.
  • Maintains a safe, inclusive, and respectful group environment.

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree (MS/ MA) in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related field required and more than three (3) years of experience with SED children, adolescents, and families, or equivalent combination of education and experience (two years of relevant experience equals one year of education) to include:
  • Licensed or license eligible or waiver able status in mental health or closely related discipline.
  • Speak, read, and/or write another language may be required in some programs/areas.
  • Availability to participate in 24-hour on-call program.
  • Programs in San Bernardino require BBS registration and Facilitators to be licensed in six (6) years.
