In this role, you won’t just help people find jobs—you’ll help them rediscover their strengths, overcome barriers, and build lasting careers. You’ll work one-on-one with individuals living with mental health conditions, guiding them through the job search process and supporting them as they succeed in the workplace.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Human Resources, or related field. Master’s degree preferred. 
Minimum of 2 years of experience in employment services, vocational rehabilitation, or related fields. Experience working with individuals with mental health conditions is highly desirable.
