QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience
- Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Public Health, Social Work, Counseling, Human Resources, or another closely related field
- Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy is preferred
- Demonstrated experience conducting research, analyzing information, synthesizing findings, and developing practical recommendations
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to prepare professional reports, presentations, and educational materials for a variety of audiences
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Academic coursework, research, internship experience, or professional experience focused on workforce wellness, burnout prevention, compassion fatigue, secondary traumatic stress, employee resilience, psychological safety, organizational well-being, or related topics
- Experience developing educational resources, toolkits, training materials, or organizational programs
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external partners
Familiarity with employee relations, behavioral health, human resources, organizational development, or workforce engagement initiatives
