DSPD Manager

We are currently hiring a full-time DSPD Manager for our Heber City/Midway program and wanted to connect with you to see if you have any students or recent graduates who would be a strong fit. This role is ideal for someone in special education, human services, or a related field who is interested in both direct client support and leadership.

The position includes:

• Working directly with clients to ensure high-quality care
• Partnering with parents/guardians to plan schedules and services
• Hiring, training, and supervising staff
• Planning day program and one-on-one community-based activities
• Coordinating with DSPD and support coordinators for services and authorizations
• Collaborating with our administrative team to oversee Heber-area services
• Providing Day Supports and Supported Living/SEI services

This is a full-time position, and compensation is based on experience.
