Job Description:

We are seeking a Director of Clinical Services to join our Easterseals NH Residential & Educational Program! The individual in this key position will design, develop and direct clinical and behavioral programs. Responsibilities include:

  • Provide direct oversight of the clinical team including hiring, training and supervision inclusive of review of documentation, monitoring ongoing compliance and certification requirement.

  • Direct program design and development as related to quality care and evidence based practices, specifically supporting the implementation of Trauma Informed Care.

  • Oversee assessments, risk management, safety planning, clinical care decision-making, admission and discharge processes to support continuous quality improvement, effectiveness, efficiency,

  • Lead consultation and collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams.

  • Manage clinical caseloads and assign clinical staff based on client needs. 

  • Ensure that medical treatment, safety planning, and other clinical information is relayed to psychiatrists, relevant staff and clinicians responsible for ongoing management and client care.

  • Ensure that treatment, processes, and documentation meet requirements of federal and state laws, regulatory authorities including childcare licensing and CARF.

  • Provide weekly group supervision with all clinical staff. Develop and provide professional development opportunities for employees. Provide supervision toward licensure. Review incident reports for compliance and trends.

  • Facilitate incident debrief to provide feedback to staff. 

  • Utilize data to drive treatment outcomes and identify appropriate evidence based services.

  • Provide Administration on call support on a rotating basis.

About the Program:

Easterseals residential facilities provide 24-hour support to youth ages 5-21 with neurological or psychiatric disabilities, intellectual and behavioral needs. Our programs are designed to meet the unique needs of each child and their family through individualized care and therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Human Services, Social Work or related field

  • Independent licensure in the state of NH

  • Approved by NH Board of Mental Health to provide supervision toward licensure

  • Five (5) years of supervisory experience in a clinical setting required

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation: $105,000 - $110,000 annually, based on licensure and experience.

Hours: This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position. On-call responsibilities required.
