North Spring Behavioral Healthcare is currently hiring a Director of Clinical Services to join our leadership team!

 

The Director of Clinical Services provides leadership and oversight of clinical programming for residents ages 7–17, ensuring high‑quality, developmentally appropriate, evidence‑based, data‑driven, and trauma‑informed behavioral health services. The role includes supervising and supporting clinical staff, advancing program development, maintaining regulatory and accrediting compliance, and collaborating with multidisciplinary leadership to achieve positive clinical and organizational outcomes. The Director also serves as the primary clinical liaison to community stakeholders, fostering collaborative relationships that support coordinated care, family and system involvement, continuity of services, and successful transitions.

 

Location: Beautiful Leesburg, Virginia, 40 miles Northwest of Washington DC. Named one of the best places to live by Money magazine. 45-acre campus in a rural area on the northern edge of Leesburg with a gymnasium, beautiful outdoor campus and high ropes course. Excellent public school system.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in behavioral health field (i.e. psychology, social work, counseling). A Ph.D. or Psy.D. is preferred.
  • At least three to five years of clinical work experience. Prior leadership or supervisory experience with over ten years of experience is preferred.
  • A minimum licensure requirement as license eligible LPC, LMFT or LCSW in the state of Virginia. Licensure in the State of Virginia as a Licensed Psychologist is preferred. CSOTP certification is additionally preferred.
